    Thank you for reaching out to TI with regards to your needs for a half-bridge SiC gate driver.

    For driving SiC in a half-bridge, you would need a dual channel isolated gate driver such as the UCC21331. I am going to forward this to one of our experts for the isolated gate drivers. Please share your system requirements and needs so that they can recommend the best product for your application.

    Hi William, could we please discuss in teams and not in a public forum? What is the best way of sharing my contact details?

    I am looking for a dual IC solution and with a 1us dead time when both MOSFETs are off.
