UCC28740: AC-DC controller recommendation inquiry

The customer has an inquiry about an AC-DC converter (or controller) to be used in an electrolytic water generator.

1. Main functions
- Output 150W, 30A MAX (probably Vout=5Vdc)
- Constant Current-Constant Voltage(CC-CV) control
- DC polarity(+/-) alternating control
- MCU (via communication) output voltage control, constant current control

UCC28740 was entered for the purpose of asking a question, so I am not sure if it is a suitable device.

Q1) Is there an AC-DC controller suitable for the above function? If so, can you recommend one? (If possible, a part with EVM)

Q2) Is there a reference design or reference circuit, block, etc. that you can suggest?
