BQ25792: About the REG06(input current limit) , REG19(CIO_Current_Limit) and Charging current

Tool/software:

Hi, Sir

using BQ25792 to charge the 2s battery, and disable the watchdog and PFM, other REG use default value.

in discharge, the REG06 value is 300, the REG19 value is 50,

when connected with a 5V , 4A(MAX)  not support PD adapter,

the REG19 value change to 145, the REG06 value change to 145 too, and the charging current is about 0.8A (REG03 value 200).

Is the chip working properly, if not how should I do it,
