TPS65268-Q1: quiescent current is out of spec

Customer use our TPS65268 in one of their project, All the 3 buck DCDC in TPS65268 is in normal operation, but the IQ performance is out of our spec.

From our spec, when only buck 1 in working(EN1=high, EN2=EN3=low), the IQ of our Buck 1 is 590uA_max. (590uA base on 2M fsw from our datasheet)

But in customer PCBA, customer found the IQ(IQ means Iin of the Vin pin) is bout 3.4mA. 3.4mA is much higher than our spec 590uA. (EN1=high, EN2=EN3=low， Vout1=3.8V)

customer using 900K fsw, if they using 2M Fsw(2M Fsw is our spec test condition), customer feedback that the IQ is worse than 3.4mA.

Could u help to check the case? And do u have any EVM board to test it? it seems there is no TPS65268EVM in TI system.

This is non switching supply current. Customer test condition is switching and the input current is higher. Thanks!

How to understanding the "non switching"? Base on my understanding, if EN is high, the DCDC will switching. If EN is low, the DCDC is shutdown, that is no switching.

But as you can see in our datasheet, (EN1=high, EN2=EN3=low), the IQ of our Buck 1 is 590uA_max. that means DCDC1 is switching, and DCDC2/3 is no switching

But how to let the DCDC in "non switching"?

And do we have any p2p device with TPS65268 with lower IQ? Such as 590uA for each DCDC?
