Hi, for a power mosfet I would to use this part number. But I have some questions:

Is there any pro using a dual power supply? Variant B has also VEE pin while variant C has the splitted output.
In my application I don't nees dual supply but I cannot find variant C on any distributor (the IC is tagged as NEW!) Could I use variant B and connect the VEE pin to GND?

1) The pro of using dual power supply is that VEE allows referencing the driver below 0V. By doing this, you reduce false turn on events on the FET. Since any transient voltage "spikes" occur from a lower reference, it is less likely for a spike to cross the threshold voltage. Please refer to this image as visual representation of this:
