We are performing incoming inspection on some parts manufactured by your company and we found delamination in critical areas according to §6.2 of J-STD-020 standard (MSL).
Parts reference : TL1431MDREP Date code : 2045 and 2235
Nevertheless, this delamination is not a default, if the parts manufacturer performs reliability assessment using JESD22-A113 and JESD47 or in-house procedures.
On your site, I found the product reliability for date code: 3Q2023 to 2Q2024
Do you have an updated of product reliability for date code 2045 and 2235 or a qualification summary ?
