When TSD occurs, will it behave as shown in the attachment?

    Hi Hirotsugu,

    The diagram shown above looks correct. When Tj reaches TSD 160C, the DIS/FLT pin is pulled down starting with a 10us short pulse and followed by a wider 100us pulse and a train of 4 pulses. This stops the switching of the transformer driver until Tj reaches below 160C-Hysterisis and the FLT is released.
