Hi,

 I have used couple of LMZ31710 in my design. Power Good of first device is connected to INH pin of 2nd device. I have noticed one strange behaviour.

As per the datasheet, there is no pull down on INH pin but my circuit behaves as there is 10K pull down internally on INH pin.

I have connected 100K pull up to VCC_1V8 for the PWRGD pin which is connected to INH of 2nd device. I am getting 0.164V on PWRGD pin but the regulator output voltage is proper. When I change the pull up to 10K, I am getting 0.9V & when I change it to 1K, I am getting 1.64V. As minimum voltage required on INH pin is 1.3V, I could enable the 2nd regulator with 1K pull up on PWRGD. This behaviour exactly matches with 10K pull down on either PWRGD pin or INH pin. However, PWRGD pin seems OK as for the 2nd device with 100K pull up to 3.3V, I am getting 3.3V at PWRGD pin.

Is there really 10K pull down on INH pin, which is not shown in the datasheet?
