LM51561: LM51561 UVLO lower resistor clarification

Tool/software:

LM5156 boost controller evaluation module has the UVLO lower resistor tied to PGND however in the LM51561 datasheet (page 37) this resistor is connected to AGND

Does this resistor have to be connected to PGND or AGND?
