BQ28Z610-R1: Communication at 400kHz doesn't work

Part Number: BQ28Z610-R1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ28Z610

Tool/software:

Hi,

We have a good communication in I2C at 100kHz :

In the red rectangle, it's the 0xAB frame. In the yellow circle it is ACK of the BQ..

However we have a problem with I2C at 400kHz with BQ28z610:

Pull UP resistors of 2kohm were used.

In the red rectangle, it's the 0xAB frame. In the yellow circle there is not ACK of the BQ.

Pull UP resistors of 500ohm were used to improve the quality of the frame ; but without improvement on the reception of information.

In addition we had checked rise and fall time. It's OK.

We use a micro arduino and the thresholds voltage are compliant.

Finally, we have good communication up to 150kHz. Beyond that, there is no response from the BQ. Could you tell us why?

Regards,
