I'm having an issue with my circuit and I can't seem to diagnose what the issue is. My circuit consists of a TPS25730 USB-C controller And a BQ25798 4 cell buck boost battery charger. The 25730 controller is putting out 20 VDC on the PPHV pins, but the 25798 boost battery charger is only putting out 4 VDC at the SYS pin. The internal linear regulator (REGN) https://github.com/seandigiovanni/Battery-Charger-Circuitof the 25798 is putting out five volts. If need be I could upload the schematic or post a link to the schematic. Any assistance on this would be helpful. I'm expecting 15 or so volts coming from SYS of the 25798 battery charger.
