Hello!

In  https://www.ti.com/lit/fs/sffs693/sffs693.pdf table 2-1, my customer is wondering why there are 3 FIT numbers shown on the  total component FIT row? and which to use for analysis, the highest?

    Hi Reed,

    These three values are the time to failure based on three different power dissipation levels: 10mW, 100mW, and 300mW. You should choose the number that is associated with the power level closest to your application use case.
