I designed a charge-discharge PCB for a 4s5p battery. However, pins 22 and 23 of the BQ25792RQMR create instant sparks the moment I connect the battery, and they catch fire immediately (as shown in the picture). In the picture, you can see that pins 22 and 23 of the BQ25792RQMR and the area between the 100 nF capacitor connected to these pins have burned. I am looking for the cause of this issue and/or your recommendations for a solution. Should I use a component for protection?
