LM5177: LM5177 Schmatic check

Tool/software:

HI SIR

The attachment is my buck-boost converter circuit which used the dac to control the output value from 1~48V.

Current issues are:

  1. when EN is disabled, the output will produce 13V. When EN is enabled the Vo will reduce to 0V. 
  2. When I set the output=1V and use SMU to load 4A the circuit burned out. (3A below is ok.)

    Hi Chen,

    I am not sure what the circuit on the LM5177 FB is doing, what it should do and if this works as expected.

    Can you first remove this circuit and use a standard Feedback resistor divider there and check out the circuit with that.
