UCC28070: Is UCC28070 suitable for non bridged or bridged interleaving?

UCC28070 doesn't support interleaved totem pole PFC but there is a AC bridgeless ref design available: www.ti.com/.../PMP40261

It seems that this can be considered semi bridgeless, not absolutely bridgeless, right ?

The common bridgeless totem pole we see is L(to an inductor) connected to the upper and lower fast tubes, N connected to the upper and lower slow tubes, as shown in the figure.
But the TI data shows that both fast tubes are in the lower arm. If both can be used, does it mean that D1 and Q2 can be interchanged?
