Based on the OPN (located under the IC symbol), the EVM actually uses the LM5137F-Q1, which is the functional safety compliant version of this device. The product folder currently online is for the LM5137-Q1, which is the functional safety capable version.
Take a look at the device comparison table in the data sheet for more detail.
