Does anyone know to which pin (gate/source or drain) is connected the case of the CSD19533KCS?

I cannot find the information in the datasheet.

    Hello Adrien,

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. The tab of the FET is electrically connected to the drain which is also pin 2. This is how all of TI FETs in TO220 are configured. It's also industry standard.
