TPS25751EVM: TPS25751EVM Error Flashing to Device

Hi TI experts,

       My colleague tried to download configuration information to TPS25751EVM.But meet the following issue. Can you help to analyze the issue?

    Thank you for reaching out!

    Here are a couple suggestions: 

    1- Try to reload the GUI Tool

    2- Ensure EVM is powered on via Type-C port and TIVA is connected via Type-C as well

    3- Ensure that the EVM COM port is connected to the GUI. 

    • Go to "Options" --> "Serial Port Settings" --> "Port" (make sure Port selected says "Texas Instruments"

    The Port select is "COM3(Microsoft)" as shown below. Is this the reason for the flash error?

    How can this be selected as "Texas Instruments"?

        The PC found port just named USB serial Device. Maybe we missing some USB driver for EVM TIVA MCU.

        Our company maybe have some permissions limit. Can you help to provide the EVM USB driver directly?

       I used my PC to re-test the download process is succeed. My own computer is WIN 10 and company PC is WIN 11.Does it matter if the operating system is different? And in my computer the port also says "Microsoft".

         Yeah, I confirm my computer says Microsoft and the GUI Tool display Flashing completed. My company computer also says Microsoft but the download process will pending by 70%.
