BQ40Z80EVM-020: Original Jumper settings

We have used the same jumper settings, but could not establish communication with the bqstudio it was not able to detect it

Make sure to press the "Wake" button. Can you share a picture of how the bq40z80 is configured.

Do you have a voltage applied on the j12 terminal block (BAT). Make sure there is a resistor ladder between each cell connection if you are using a power supply to power the EVM.
