TPS2HCS10-Q1: Testing with Regenerative Load

Hello, 

for testing TPS2HCS10 we want to use regenerative loads, which have a capacitance. I our experience some eFuses latched, because of the inrush. My question is if TPS2HCS10 is sensitive for latching? Do you have a workaround like precharging the capacitance with a capacitive charge mode?

    Hi Simon,

    The TPS2HCS10-Q1 has the configurable capacitive charging mode during an inrush period - is this what you are looking for?

    Otherwise, if this capacitance will be charged during steady-state, there's the overcurrent and I2T trip thresholds.
