I have a design using two PTH08T250W devices in current sharing mode. They use a 12V input voltage and are set for a 1.5V output voltage. On my first prototype received, the output voltage appears to be unstable at intervals at about 600KHz (which is the switching frequency, I believe). I see very large oscillations (+/-3V) that last for about 35-40ns. I have several other PTH08Txxx devices on the board that are working correctly (but not in current share mode). Who could I contact for some technical help on this issue?
