As we have discussed, i am getting the error like RPC server is not available and the simulation getting failed without any results.

as you have mentioned it may be a setup issue not a model issue. So, please connect this issue with concerned TI person.

Would you please close PSpice and rename this file?

"C:\cds_spb_home\cdssetup\OrCAD_PSpiceTIPSpice_Install\23.1.0\PSpice.ini"

Any other name would do. This is just for cleaning up any foul setting there might be. Restart PSpice and try again.

If that does not help, run PSpice and select the command window tab at the bottom, then enter:

DboTclHelper_ReRegisterOrCADPlugins

Close and start again to try simulating.
