TPS653852A-Q1: EMC test optimization issues

Hi team,

The CE experiment found that the output of TPS653852A-Q1 has a spike every 2MHz. It is suspected that the chip's Buck-boost preregulator couples interference to the power line or other wiring harnesses. The waveform and frequency band punctuation are as shown below.

After adding an RC filter circuit to the Buck-boost preregulator, this spike will increase. Please help confirm whether there is a feasible solution to improve and reduce this spike?
