we are using lm7480-q1 in our design in that we are using BUK7Y4R8-60E MOSFET for Power oring. In LM7480-q1 DGATE and HGATE pin has will produce 10-14 V but while we simulating we get in HGATE and we gate 23V which will damage our MOSFET

Under what conditions is the FET failing?

Is the MOSFET damaging during startup?

We are still in design stage; we are looking to datasheet of FET and LM7480-Q1 this query raised. I attached the snip of datasheets. whether it make damage while our testing the equipment
