Hi Oscar,

There is a PSPICE model for UCC23513, which has similar output drive strength and input metrics as the UCC23511:

We recently released UCC23525, which is an update to these devices. It has a stronger output drive strength for driving large capacitor loads with small resistance, such as the 0Rg, 330nF example.

Hi Oscar, No nott at this time.

There is too much difficulty getting gate driver model simulations to converge in SPICE with the third party MOSFET models.
