TPS2121: Seeking Advice on PWM Control of Two LEDs Using Power Mux

I am considering using the TPS2121 for PWM control of two LEDs.

I am looking into the circuit configuration as shown in the attached diagram, and I would like to know if there are any concerns regarding this setup.

Since the PWM will be used for the propagation of a specific signal, I want to avoid extreme distortions in the PWM waveform.
Signal Bitrate is about 9600bps.
One concern I have is whether the SS (soft start) function might be triggered each time the circuit operates.

Could you please provide any advice or suggestions?

Hi ,

Circuit looks fine . But I will not recommend for pwm because ss delay will be there. You can evaluate keeping ss open. That will give fastest turn on time.
