PACKET-SNIFFER: BQ40Z50RSMR-R2

Part Number: PACKET-SNIFFER

Tool/software:

Hi All

Our company has a pack designed using the BQ40Z50RSMR-R2.

In just three months and 22-24 cycles, is it normal for the state of charge (SOC) to decrease like this?

For example, in a defective unit, the communication SOC is 81% (while the actual SOC of the pack is 99%).

Using the RESET command in communication could not fix the issue.

Later, after reprogramming at our facility, the pack's communication SOC returned to normal.
