what is the minimum pulse width on TS1 or VC0 to wakeup This IC from shutdown mode. What is the maximum amplitude on the wakeup signal?

    Hi Ferlyn,

    The wake detection is edge based, so there isn't really a minimum width. If you're still concerned about it, >=1ms is fine.

    The maximum amplitude would be determined by the abs max rating of the pins. For TS it's 2.1V and VC0 is 6V.
