BQ40Z50-R1: BQ40Z50-R1 RSOC

Part Number: BQ40Z50-R1

Tool/software:

Hi

Customers require shipment RSOC 20~30% Some conditions were discovered during the production process When charged to 28% in the charging cabinet, let it sit for 1 to 3 hours, and then pass the test at other stations. Finally, issue the command to enter SHUTDOWN Mode. When quality assurance checks again, wake up and read. You will find that 4~6% has dropped. What could be the cause? Some of them are quite stable at 23%. They didn’t fall off even after being woken up for 3 days.

1. Could it be that there is a CB relationship at startup, a Bal Time relationship, and the same Reset when waking up, resulting in recalculation of the relationship?

2. ASOC > RSOC so there is a probability of recalculating the relationship?

3. Will the CBR calculation Bal Time relationship also have an impact?
