Hello,

In my BOM, there are 3 different load switches as alternatives. They are TPS22922, TPS22924 and TPS22926.

Because the PCBA build is outsourced, I have no idea which one is used.

When I checked the marking, there are 2 types of markings, 3A73Z5 and 38W3Z5.

In the datasheet, the marking consists of 2 or 3 characters. May I know what these ICs are?
