Tool/software:
Hi team,
Regarding the operation of LED Short-to-GND Detection, I think FAULT pin asserts low after red line in the figure below because VOUTx is still low. What do you think?

Hi Shunsuke,
It's also related to the PWM status, if the fault wants to be reported out, the PWM-on time should cover the deglitch time.
As you can see, from the figure you showed, in the next PWM cycle, the fault can be pulled low after t7. Thanks!
Hi Xu-san,
Thank you for the reply. I understand what you mean, but the datasheet stated that fault report is triggerred regardless of the state of the PWM input. I think your opinion is inconsistent with the statement in the datasheet.

Hi Xu-san,
I missed the word "After a short-to-GND LED failure is detected". And I found out that Control input should be EN = H and PWMx = H to trigger the fault of short-to-ground. I think it is easy to understand for customers if the inforamation of table 6-1 is included in 6.3.7.1 of the datasheet!
