Hi Ted,
Thanks for considering TI's device.
I am afraid we can not keep device work with frequency range mentioned when Vin and Vout is close(buck-boost mode), the actual frequency will decrease to half of norminal one.
As shown in picture below, when device work in BUBO mode, Switching cycle is consist by a Buck phase and another Boost pahse, frequency of each phase is about 2Mhz.
But if device work in pure buck or boost mode, yes, it can.
BTW, could you let me know Vin, Vout and Iout range in your application? PFM only or FPWM is acceptable too?

We've purchased multiple lots of these parts and seen different performance. Some date code parts have been tested and found to operate with high percentages outside our "keep out" frequency range while other date codes operate in the "keep out" range and cannot be used. Why do different lots perform differently? Can TI identify date codes and/or procure parts that are outside our "keep out" frequency? Are there any steps in fabrication or test in which parts can be screened?
Hi Ted,
From ti side, what we can gurantee is the switching frequency will keep in range from our EC table in DS. For TPS63060, it is 2Meg to 2,6Meg in buck and boost mode.
Yes, in fabrication, we will screen out device which is out of frequency range,
