UC2854: Calculated frequency not matching actual frequency.

Part Number: UC2854

Tool/software:

I am using a 3300pF capacitor for Ct and a 2.8kohm resistor for Rset.  The measured frequency is ~101kHz but the calculated frequency is ~135kHz (F = 1.25/(Rset x Ct)). Why is there such a large discrepancy? The resistor has a 1% tolerance and the capacitor has a 10% tolerance.
