BQ27Z561-R2: During the charging and discharging process, the FCC value suddenly jumps to 0,HELP!!!

Part Number: BQ27Z561-R2

Tool/software:

HI:

Please help
During the charging and discharging process, the FCC value suddenly jumps to 0, but after a period of time it returns to a smaller value, or returns to a normal value
Attached are the machine LOG and coulometer GG files.
Note The Ra tab in the GG file is abnormal and the battery impedance is high (the device is overcharged). Open the LOG of the device using the LOG tool (for example, Notepad++), where learded_cap is FCC.
It is normal that the battery impedance is too high and the FCC value is updated at a low level, indicating that the aging capacity of the battery is attenuated, and the update to 0 cannot be understood, please help to answer.
