2. What is input voltage range, output voltage and output current?
3. EN pin is 20V rated, so not recommend to directly connect to input voltage. You can add divide resistors.
4. Recommend to reserve RC snubber in SW1 and SW2. 2.2ohm(1206) + 2.2nF.
5. Can you help provide part number of C57-C61 for loop calculation?

1. My application was Power up the motor (V= 12V ;Max Load = 5A)

2. Input voltage Battery V= 10.5 - 12.8 ;

     Capacity : 6000mAh ;

3. And for the En Pin we modified the circuit Ven =3.3V

4. Okay we will added the Rc .

Here I have the modified the changes that you mentioned above.

And also set the I2C target address as 74H and modified the code for enable the output vout = 12V and here I am using the internal feedback and External VCC. but my output was 0.9V only.

About the output voltage: What is the input current limit of the input power supply? What is the output current when you do the test? Can you provide waveforms of SW1,SW2, inductor current, Vout?

Now our  TPS55289QWRYQRQ1 was working fine. the changes that are modified by our was L3=4.3uH;C62= direct shoot to ground; and we ignore the current sensing section.
