BQ40Z50-R2: FUSE enabled in operation status 0x01A1

Can you please send us a screenshot of the lower registers in bqStudio depicting the SafetyStatus and PFStatus Registers so we can get a better look of what is causing the Fuse to become set?

I donot have lower registers image, i remember no other safety protection was Set high. 

I also need to set  ASCD , for short circuit protection , required are threshold time as minimum as possible and max device output current will be 32Amperes. Can you share setting and thresholds for ASCD. After short circuit device recovery time should be about 10 seconds.

For the FUSE, please ensure that the voltage is not breaking the Min Blow Fuse Voltage which would cause the Fuse pin to become high.

Regarding the ASCD thresholds, the section below has the functionality of the ASCD protection with the configurable data flash parameters bolded. These can be configured to fit your system:

Still FUSE bit is high, After Power cycle, I attached required data

Understood, thank you for sharing. I do not believe there is a Safety or PF event that is causing this bit to become set. If the voltage is greater than the Min Blow Fuse Voltage, the gauge will set the FUSE pin. In this case, it seems like this is set to 3500mV in the .gg file, where the cell voltages in the screenshot are above this.
