Hi team,

I am doing a boost PFC converter, the input voltage is 90-200Vac, output voltage is 300V ,the output power is 100W. The switching frequency is 300kHz.

And this is my inductor current .

The inductance is 320uH and my component values are set from the excel that TI gave me.

I wanna know how to solve this problem.

Hello,

Can you please share your UCC28070 design Excel Calculator, your schematic and more waveforms? It is difficult to provide support with only the inductor value and inductor current. Also, what exact problem are you trying to solve?

Can you also provide your test parameters for your inductor current. As you can see in the UCC28070EVM User's Guide, even different input AC voltages will result in varying inductor current waveforms.

Hello,

Is there a reason you are using the UCC28070 in a single-phase PFC? The UCC28070 is designed for interleaved CCM PFC. We do have a dedicated single-phase CCM PFC controller: UCC28180 (https://www.ti.com/product/UCC28180).

Thank you for providing the Excel calculator and schematic. Can you also share waveforms such as the gate drive and switch node?

Also, can you clarify the Vin condition of your original waveform? Is it 200V Vac or 90Vac?
