Its voltage is from 1V~1.2V.

    Hello David,

    For voltage protections, most likely BQ769142 would not be the device to use for voltages of 1V to 1.2V. If you would like to use the BQ769142 for current protections, that could work instead.

    For voltages that low, the BQ76907(BQ76907 Datasheet) is most likely a better pick. You could stack them to use for a higher cell count as well.
