I am designing BMS of 60V, in Which I am using contactor on HIGH side but I want to use P channel MOSFET for Precharge application.
I am looking gate driver with a charge pump for driving P- Channel MOSFET on high voltage side

Hello,
We do not have a gate driver with a charge pump but with a P-channel MOSFET high side switch, a charge pump is not required. Another transistor can be used to pull the P channel gate to ground to turn on the FET and a pull up resistor turns the FET off. A zener diode between the PMOS gate and source in order to limit the max VGS voltage. You can use one of our low side drivers such as UCC44273 to drive the NMOS.
Thanks,
Walter
