Tool/software:
I am looking at your app note DC-DC Regulator layout (snva803) and the reference design (snvu591). All four layers have ground pour areas. It looks like stitching vias are placed close to components that have ground connections but not distributed across the rest of the layer. Is this correct and what is the reason?
