My customer found 2 pcs BQ34Z100 cannot be unsealed successfully, do you know why unseal failed?

  • Hello Jayden,

    Try to turn off auto-refresh before sending the unseal and full access keys. After you send one of the keys, press the "Refresh" button to see if the status changes.

    Not much more that can be done on my side besides asking if the correct unseal is being used? Possible that the unseal key changed.
