TPS23754: Request for dual output flyback transformer for TPS23754

I am looking for a PoE PD with dual outputs of 24v and 3.3v using the TPS23754. I have not found the right transformer for this. So far the closest option is the JA4372-AL_ from CoilCraft with dual outputs of 12v and 3.3v. Is there a transformer already available for dual outputs of 24v and 3.3v so that we don't have to design it from scratch?

Although the TPS23754 is capable of handling 802.3AT power specifications, I only plan to use it on 802.3AF power specifications to get the smaller transformer dimensions.
