TL7700-SEP: Statistical Process Control information or reliability information from lot to lot for TI Enhanced Plastic Line

Hello. I am looking for Statistical Process Control information or any information on reliability from lot to lot for your Enhanced Plastic line. I am trying to find evidence to compare this line to something like a MIL-PRF-38535 pedigree. Our main concern is variability from lot to lot. An example would be TL7700-SEP , but we are looking are several of your enhanced plastic line components.

    Hi David,

    Each Space Enhanced Plastic (-SEP) device has a Production Flow and Reliability Report published to its webpage under the "Technical Documentation" section of the page. I think this document will answer many or all of your questions, but please let me know if there are any follow-up questions once you have a chance to take a look.

    Here is the report for the TL7700-SEP as an example.
