Hi, I read the forum post here about putting firmware 1.19 onto the USB2ANY in order to fix issues.

However, when I try to use the firmware loader tool nothing appears in the drop down menu for the firmware to upload to.  Would you be able to help with how to fix this?  I placed various versions of the firmware where I believe they need to go for installation.  That would be the "USB2ANY Explorer > Bin > Firmware" folder.
