If we test over 2000h, will the ppm of long-term stability keep increasing?

Otherwise, Is there any upper limit for this character?

    Hello Ishii-san,

    Over 2000 hours, the output will drift less than below 2000 hours. As time goes on, the output drift rate slows. This can also be seen when comparing how much the output has drifted from 0 to 1000 hours (25 ppm) vs 1000 to 2000 hours (7 ppm).

    Is there a specific limit that you are trying to stay below? We do have some ways to estimate the long term drift over time, and we have other options for voltage references which have less long-term drift.
