Tool/software:
Hello,
I have a question about the schematics of AWR1843AOPEVM(PROC106B).
1) There is PMIC (U1; LP87524JRNFRQ1) on the EVM board.
The rare resistance value (4.99kOhm) is used in R25, R26, R33 and R34 for this PMIC.
Why is the rare resistance values used for these resistors?
We would like to use 4.7kOhm resistor in R25, R26, R33 and R34, because we don't have 4.99kOhm resistor.
Could I use 4.7kOhm resistor instead of 4.99kOhm?
Please advise.
Best regards,
Shoko
Hi Shoko,
Normally for those signals 10k PU is the recommended but less than 10k value is for strong PU so I do not think there is specific reason for that resistor.
To my understanding you can use 4.7k.
