REG102: Failed batch/Oven reflow temperature?

Part Number: REG102

Tool/software:

Hello,

Customer is reporting failures with REG102UA-3.3 used 1 per on 100 PCBAs we assembled. They have concluded that this part is dead and replacing it got the boards to work. We have built these boards before with no issue using the exact same processes. Perhaps a bad batch? I could not find any information on the datasheet regarding reflow temperature. The closest thing I could find was in the "absolute maximum ratings" table: Lead Temperature (soldering, 3s) +240°C. Also, is there a batch/date code on this chip?

Regards,

Jeffrey
