As LM5149 can able to drive MOSFET with Miller Clamp voltage more than 5V? Also for MOSFET having recommended Gate Drive Voltage of 12V, can we incorporate external gate driver circuit for the same?

Hello Sushant,

No the LM5149 is unable to drive FETs where the MP level approaches 5V, suggest keeping the MP level to ~3V or so, max ~4V. Logic level FETs typically have a MP level around 3V. Hope this helps.
