1. It fail for 22V->20V because the duty cycle exceed the max duty cycle limit.

2. If the Vo is 20V, the Vinmin should be >20V, Now the Vinmin is 8V, this also cause failure.

Can you please share what's your end equipment and application needs? The Vin, Vo, Iout?

1. What is the max duty cycle and where do I find this information. I have looked through the data sheet but I must not be looking for the correct term.

2. Thank you. This was my problem. I set the voltage to 22-23 input and 20 output and designs where generated. I did not see any designs that utilized the TPS54335A but I assume that has to do with duty cycle.

I am building a USB-C charger. The power delivery will be handled by a XPD767. At this point I am leaning towards using a TPS563300 for varying voltage.

I didn't find the max duty in the datasheet neither. But the Webench should be trust-worthy. 

Will you consider TPS56837H or TPS56837HA ?  There is an apps note about the UST-C application of TPS56837HA.

Can you suggest a power delivery IC that is sold though LCSC? Neither of those IC's are sold by LCSC.

I'm not sure why the LCSC do not include TPS56837HX. But it's available on ti.com. 

Is it necessary that you need to purchase through LCSC, can you check with LCSC then?
