TPS1213-Q1: ISCP and TMR setting

Part Number: TPS1213-Q1

Tool/software:

Hi Team!

When I looking into the datasheet I found something misunderstanding.

  • ISCP is shown as 2uA in below equations. But marked 10uA in Electrical Characteristics. How to understand this spec?

Besides, my customer said TMR pin can be left floating for fast reponse of tSC < 10 μs. But tsc used to be 70 μs. Do you know anything about this?

Thanks!

Best Regards

Josh Wei

  • Hi Josh,

Firstly, it seems like you are not using the current datasheet as linked above. Both the equation you are using and the table are slightly different than the current data sheet.

Additionally, the 2 uA value is an internally derived reference current. It is not the same thing as I_SCP/LWU.

For tSC, I do not have any history of "tSC < 70 us".

    Thank you,

    Sarah
